Pininfarina, part of the Mahindra group, will work with Karma Automotive, based in Southern California, on new product development. It is partnering with an Italian design company, owned by Chinese corporations, to speed up the creation of new technology and products.” This has not yet been explained in detail, but the first results should be available in the second quarter of this year.
According to Karma Automotive CEO Lance Zhou, “Our company and product planning are based in part on cooperation with agile and similar partners such as Pininfarina, whose proficiency in design will assist us, speed up product development, demarcation, and custom fit, with the aim of each being special”.
By working together, they’ll create a super luxury automotive design and add to the increasing list of Karma strategic business partners who’ll play an important role in the commercial Zhou, which aims to speed up the development of technologies and goods.
A key aspect of Karma’s Value Forward-Commercial strategy is to take over and build up significant technologies and critical alliances in the areas of connectivity and artificial intelligence. Initially, the company plans to focus on the premium electric vehicle market in the United States before expanding internationally.
Said CEO Silvio Pietro Angori: “The deal with Karma is an additional crucial step in Pininfarina’s expansion technique in the North American market following the revelation of our new-fangled design in Los Angeles.” Every time we use Karma, we divide our zeal for innovation, beauty, and exclusivity in the cause of environmental preservation. We’d like to present to you the first fruits of our collective labours.
